Fitness Programs
Personal Training
One on one training consists of an individually created program which includes body measurements and tests, nutrition consultations, and 30 to 60 minutes of training for you to reach your unique fitness/wellness goals.
Semi private and group sessions are created for 2-4 people with similar fitness goals to motivate one another while still being provided with individual guidance and technique.
We follow the National Academy of Sports Medicineʼs “Optimal Performance Training” model which emphasizes functional and core stability training as a foundation in fitness. A strong core is the basis of improved spinal health, posture, and injury reduction. The side effect is lean, toned mid section. Building this foundation is the key to increased, energy, endurance, flexibility, agility, balance, and strength.
Exercise Classes
Group exercise is also available at Fit Studio. It is recommending that anyone starting out partake in a minimum of three personal or semiprivate training sessions in order to learn proper technique and reduce chances of injury.
Core Fusion
An integrative series combining yoga asanas, Pilates, core, and flexibility exercises. Each movement strengthens internal core musculature for postural stability and balance, and lengthens the muscles to create a lean, toned figure. The sequence is continuous to enhance cardiorespiratory endurance and stamina. Mondays at 6:30 p.m.
Total Body Blast
An upbeat, energetic, full body workout combining cardio, sculpting, stretching, and multi muscle exercises with light weights and high repetition. This hi/lo impact interval class is choreographed to music, and will leave you a maximal calorie burn, and feeling every muscle. Wednesdays 6:15 p.m.

$5 first class
$15 per individual class
$12 per class with a purchase of 12 or more.

Workplace Fitness
Most people feel like they lack time necessary to exercise. Workplace fitness is an excellent way for co-workers to help encourage one another and for businesses to
support their employees. Corporate fitness programs have proven to decrease absenteeism due to sickness, reduce health care costs, lower stress, and improve energy among employees.
Fit evolution will come to you during lunch or afterwork at or nearby your place of business. Programs are created for all fitness levels and various size groups. We will
work with you to determine the best program for your employees, clientele, or patients. Body composition Analysis will be provided at the beginning and periodically
through the program as well as important information on nutrition and health.
