Sonjaʼs passion for fitness stems from her belief in preventative wellness, and contributing to reduction of chronic disease through healthy lifestyle changes. Looking toned and fit on the outside is just one of the great benefits of exercise. Her goal is to inspire and educate people to improve their quality of life and health. She stays consistent with educating herself and experimenting with new exercise techniques that will provide each individual client with the maximum results they strive for. These include Pilates, Yoga, Aerial Silk, Zumba, Dance, Body Sculpting, Interval Training, Running, and Hiking. It’s all about variety and balance!
